Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 June 2026

1. Acceptance

By using theflawlessacademy.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Informational content

Information on the Site — including program descriptions, student stories, and FAQs — is provided for general information about The Flawless Academy and its services and may change without notice.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Education depends on many factors, including a student’s effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific academic result, and this includes, without limitation, no guarantee of any particular grade, score, standardized-test result, admission, placement, or other academic outcome. Student experiences described on the Site are illustrative and are not promises of similar results.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, branding, and materials are owned by The Flawless Academy and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. External links and tools

The Site links to third-party services (for example, a scheduling tool). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

7. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002, which apply despite any term to the contrary.

8. Services, fees, and enrolment

These Terms govern use of the website only. Detailed service, payment, refund, and enrolment terms are addressed separately at the time of engagement. If you enrol in services, any separate written service or enrolment agreement will govern to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.

9. Disputes

Subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, disputes relating to the Site or these Terms may be brought before the courts of Ontario. (No mandatory pre-dispute arbitration.)

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
