Accessibility Statement

The Flawless Academy is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, consistent with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Measures we have taken

  • Corrected colour contrast so text meets the WCAG AA 4.5:1 minimum.
  • Added a skip-to-content link as the first keyboard stop on every page.
  • Provided visible keyboard focus indicators for all interactive elements.
  • Used semantic structure (one main heading per page, landmark regions, logical headings).
  • Built our Contact form with proper labels and accessible fields.
  • Built our FAQ as a keyboard-operable accordion.
  • Marked decorative elements so assistive technology ignores them.
  • Respected the reduced-motion preference.
  • Designed the site to be responsive across phones, tablets, and desktops.

Conformance status

We target WCAG 2.1 AA. Automated contrast and structure testing currently passes across our pages. A full manual screen-reader and keyboard review is planned as part of ongoing quality work; until that is complete we describe our status as partially conformant — actively improving.

Known limitations

Some content links to third-party services we do not control (for example, our booking is hosted on Google's scheduling platform); accessibility there is governed by that provider.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our site. If you encounter a barrier, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us at info@flawlessacademia.org or (416) 230-1964. We aim to respond promptly.
