Origin
Why I became an educator.
Dr. Karun Pathak did not become an educator because it was the logical next step. He became one because he could not ignore what he kept seeing: students who were intelligent, capable, and curious — sitting in systems that could not see them.
The classroom model, built for averages and designed for efficiency, was failing the very students who needed the most. Not because they lacked ability. Because they lacked someone who believed in them specifically, individually, and without condition.
That observation became a conviction. That conviction became The Flawless Academy.
