01.How is The Flawless Academy different from regular tutoring?
We're mentorship-based, not transactional: one mentor, one student, focused on the whole student — confidence and study systems, not just the grade.
02.Are sessions one-on-one or group?
Always one-on-one. Never group.
03.Which students do you work with?
High-school students (Grades 9–12) and university undergraduates.
04.What programs do you offer?
Academic Mentorship; University & Professional School Application Coaching; and Standardized Test Preparation (including LSAT and MCAT).
05.What's included in the core mentorship program?
Weekly one-on-one sessions, a personalized academic pathway, the Flawless Study System, bi-weekly parent progress updates, and emergency session access.
06.How long is the Discovery Call, and does it cost anything?
It's free, 45 minutes, and carries no obligation.
07.How do fees work?
Fees are discussed after the Discovery Call, based on the student's goals, grade level, subject needs, support model, and recommended cadence. The call's purpose is to determine fit and recommend the right level of support before discussing a specific plan.
08.How are parents kept informed?
Through bi-weekly parent progress updates.
09.How do we get started?
Book a Discovery Call; we assess fit and design a pathway; then weekly mentorship begins.
10.How quickly will we hear back after reaching out?
Every inquiry is reviewed personally, and we respond as promptly as possible.
